If it were mine , I'd check all fluids . As suggested maybe water & ice . Or mybe the fluid is extyremely worn-out or thick from residue(sludge) from years of lack of service . It may be time to clean it out with some kero. or diesel . Then install new fluids . I found this problem after I bought my 640 yeras ago . I found chaf from hay in my tranny & oil thick as mud .
