Massey-Harris rubber shift lever boot availability or match?

Does anyone know a manufacturer or part number in the aftermarket for the rubber dust cover boot for the shift lever on the 101 models from the 1940's? Even one from another tractor manufacturer is OK, as long as it fits properly. Thanks for your help.
