No, your wrong. Not everybody breaks the rules. Just ask any cop who works in any town in the USA. They spend 90% of their time incarcerating 10% of the same idiots over and over. They drive by the same 9 houses to get to the 1 that's always giving them problems. And when they're getting their stupid drunk dumb@ss shoved into a cop car they always think it's everybody elses fault. And the next week when it's happening all over again they still think it's everybody elses fault. So no, not everybody is breaking the rules on here.
