Years ago, I lived at a place with a large lot, no assigned parking. I dug me out a parking spot, and went to pull my vehicle in. A guy pulled in that spot, before I could get there.. I waited til late, and shoveled a big mound behind his car, and poured buckets of water on top. It froze hard, so it was several days before he could get out.
