The flare and threads are corroded.
Most of the time you may have to remove one or more hoses to get to the one you want.
Take a air cut off wheel and cut the hose fitting. Use a deep socket to remove. The adapter fitting may back out of the valve body. Once off reinstall the fitting,then new hose.
Crow foot works but the proper tool looks more like a cut box end wrench type of crows foot.
