His starts fine, here in NY this year our coldest was only 6 below. I dont know if he even has a block heater on it. Its a tdi or turbo direct injection. Maybe 20 below would be another story without a block heater. Just remember diesel prices were very high this summer, so I dont know if you would come out ahead vs a gas model.
