Community Reinvestment Act-put some numbers with this, how many minority families in the whole US even used it? They were all going out and buying homes they couldn't maintain or afford to pay for? This grant were for small businesses too. So how many Repugs thought this was a gravy train and went and lined their pockets? A bank just had to be designated a different kind of bank and they didn't have to give these loans. How many were getting kickbacks for every one of these loans? I don't know anything about these loans but obviously more than you. DA
