Yes. Years ago we use to get what they called BLEMS out of the Firestone store in Columbiana O . that were actually Firestone TEST tires from the test farm Bought a bunch of them for the low end on nothing . A lot of them were used around here . The guy at the Firestone store would call when he would get a bunch in and asked if we needed any tires as he had SUCH A DEAL . He called me one day and i was in need of a new set of 15.5x38 for my 460 Farmall and he JUST HAPPENED to have just what i needed for a 100 bucks a tire including the tube Went wright over with the pickup and got them . Here was a set of 15.5x38 ALL Trac Field and Road 6 ply that were put on a test tractor and run down the road twenty miles and pulled off . To bad that they closed that store it was a great place to get farm tires.
