Snow removal is a big business here. Homes blow it as much as possible cause otherwise you run out of places to put it,or they hire a plow service for the season. I use a Super A with a plow (front and back) and a early model Cub Cadet modified to use a 2 stage blower for a 600 ft drive. Parking lots for the big box stores pile it up way high (15-20 ft) and then still lose about 1/3 of the lot to the snow piles by the end of winter. I'll have to post of photo of the piles cause it quite a sight. They all use massive box type bades to push the snow. The highway crews have really big plows with wings and sometimes they run three plow trucks abreast to clear all the lanes.
