More and more townships here in New York are considering/implementing codes for machinery/ vehicles not parked inside a building. Some are looking at stuff outside has to have good paint, clean, and mowed under. Some are looking items parked out of view from road and neighboring houses. Limits on non-runners are being looked at. Permits (if issued) would not be automatic but would have to go through an approval process. In my part of the state this is still fairly isolated but the rural communities around here are being run more by those from a non-farm background. I am expecting this to become a much bigger issue in the near future. What are other people seeing and how are you dealing with it?
