Have you heard what they are paying a land owner to put up a wind mill? It is completely out in left field.

Have heard that people who own land near a producing oil well that isn't on their property get money because some of that oil might have come from under them? Well wait till the lawyers get through trying to get people upwind to get money because that wind cam from their property first or the people downwind saying they are denied wind. It will be a bucket of worms and run the price even higher.
