Chances are the pump is wearing out. They can't be rebuilt but you can buy a replacement pump. I would look at the relief valve (if it has one) on the loader valve first. There is also a spring loaded ball poppet on the pump. It sits below a 1/8 pipe plug at the top of the pump. Not sure what its functiion is. I use it to prime the pump after servicing the hydraulic system. You will need a magnet to get it out.
