Hi Guys. Farmall H Tractor, Can you tell me where I am going wrong, if I take out number one spark plug, and turn the engine over until I feel a puff of air, the two marks on the bottom pulley are about three inches from the pointer, if I then turn the engine on until the first mark lines up with the pointer on the front cover, the rotor is pointing at number one, is this right? because when I try to start it, the engine splutters but don't pick up, I do have spark at the plugs. Any help would be truly appreciated. Ken.
