I'm a little surprised and also saddened that no one has mentioned picking up a good book. For a few hours at least you can escape from the daily grind and find yourself in a place where your troubles are replaced by the hero's troubles. So when you finish it or set it down to go do your chores your blood pressure will be down to normal again. Don't scoff at me here but when was the last time you read Treasure Island? Yes it is a boys' book but there's been few novels written that can fire up your imagination and whisk you away from the here and now as that one can. I have a copy here that I have read many times in my life - often when times were rough and I needed a few hours escape. Ho Ho Ho and a bottle of Rum!
