Buy an Allis Chalmers. Pre-1960 did have live PTO, despite what some people have said. . . they are more pretty and some can handle much larger mowers than the 8N will. My dad was almost killed by the PTO on an 8N, luckily the tractor stalled when his pant leg became too tight for the tractor PTO to twist anymore. . .
