If I recall correctly, not only was the product quite similar to the eye, but the bags/whatever it was packaged in were supposedly quite similar to the bags containing the intended feed additive... Again, if memory serves, a number of downer dairy head were sold to the packing plants before the story broke...and then a number of dairy herds were destroyed...
