It looks close so far. The reason I'm asking I have a low bale count '94 605K baler that I'm considering buying.
When I look at tractor pto h/p data sheet for numerous tractors, it shows the JD 3020 to have 70 pto hp, the JD 2950 to have 85 pto hp, and the 966, depending if it is an IH or Farmall, to have 91 or 100 pto hp. I feel confident that 82 pto hp can manage on the flat. The tractor weighs just shy of 6,000 lbs and is 4 wd but I want the tractor, not the baler, to be the boss on any slopes!
Anyone have personal experience with the 605k on hills with 82 pto hp or less?
