3000 Ford Hydraulic

I have a 3000, ford don't know for sure what year? Is there a way to get a serial/model number off the tractor and look it up to determine the model year? Also I'm looking at a haybine and baler to purchase which has two hydraulic hoses which hook to the tractor that postions the height of the units when cutting/pickup. These units have two hoses and my tractor only has one hook up for a hydraulic hose. Can I purchase another part to allow the hoses to be connected to the tractor. Lots of questions I'm somewhat a rookie at this stuff.
