Just find a local machine shop that does a lot of work with hydraulics. They might straighten the rods... but they'll more likely want to replace them with new rod stock which is probably a better deal in the end. A lot of those seal and packing kits from Ford are handy 100 bucks. Local shop might find a better deal. Might not... Probably best to just take it to them and let them have at it. 200 bucks per cylinder should cover it with a new rod.
I will reseal/pack them myself if the rods are straight or if I can tweak them back myself, but if they're bad, it goes to the machine shop. Kits are too expensive to do the job the second time.
