The very North West corner of ohio, where Indiana, michigan, and Ohio meet. Bill told me he was about to retire. At the time he was building a horse barn, and he told me that if I would have called him sooner that he would have had me over for lunch. I would have thought that after that many years in law inforcement he would not want to invite ugly, shifty people like into his house. He is a real nice person!
