I'm 98% certain that the Leyland will have the same 5" Lucas starter as fitted to most Ford's of the day. At any rate, just about any good starter shop can rebuild the old Lucas for not much money, replace the switch if necessary or drive... Don't assume that the Ford and Leyland would use the same drive and tooth count, but if I was betting, I'd bet they're the same. Just compare them. IN short, I'd not worry about the starter.
The pump... I dunno. Probably not so easy. However, with some ingenuity I'm sure it could be made to work.
Personally I don't think I'd buy one for actual work. There's better out there with better parts availabilty. As a novelty or something to play with... yeah, I'd not mind having one.
