I agree with the others that it is tough to get a real price.
Be sure to check fuel lines, test drive throughly, look for heavy rust underneath, check the transfluid for water, (those E40D trans missions were junk too BTW).

Are you sure it only has 6500 miles, it could have been very well taken care of and have 106500 miles on it. Most odometers went past 100k miles back then I think.
