I have a '32 Ford PU. The '33-34's have three mouldings {vs two on the '32) at the belt line around the back of the cab. The '34 has an extra moulding at the top of the visor. The mouldings are part of the sheet metal, not separate peices like the rain gutters over the doors. '32 has a two piece dash vs one piece for the others. I would mention the slant of the grill, but I am not sure what the '33-34 1 1/2 ton trucks used. The pickups were slanted. I put a Mercedes 220 diesel, '39 tranny, '46 rear end, and juice brakes (all Ford) in the truck. I used it from 1968 to 1986 as personal transportation. I needed a larger truck so now it is in standby mode should my '86 F350 6.9 diesel die.
