Check to see if you have any wobble on the water pump shaft . Then see if the fan blade is hitting the shroud . Has your front axle bolster ever been rebuilt ? It may be time to remove the front axle assembly & do a rebuild , which isn't that hard of a job . Just make sure you have the motor blocked up safely before starting the disassembly . HTH !
