I recently bought a ford tractor that I was told was a 3610 but when I went to pick it up it just had 3600 written on the hood. I could tell it once had been yellow but was now (not recently) painted ford blue. I don't know for sure where to find the model and serial number but have found some numbers which I think are them. They are located on a flat piece of the bell housing just behind the starter on the right side of the tractor. The numbers are 5K20 and just below that is a star followed by B960038 and another star. I found on the web the serial numbers for the 3600 tractors made between 1977 and 1981 but can't find any numbers for the 3610. No numbers I have match. I read on the web somewhere that B models were made in England. I would appreciate any help you can give me on identifying the model of this tractor. Thanks in advance.
