Depends where you are in the St. Cloud area. In order to get the most 4 lane, you would want to angle to Mankato and take 60 down to I-90. Then its just short drive west to Luverne. I do that kind of haul daily for a living around here, but would approach it differently from Foley than I would Kimball. People from both towns say they are from the St. Cloud area.
