Oil leak question.

I've recently purchased a new JD 5105 tractor. It has a small leak that appears to be hydrualic fluid. The leak seems to be coming from the underside of the tractor and I believe on the bottom of the rear end axle housing. The Deere dealer checked it once and thought they had it fixed, but it still is dripping. It's not dripping much mind you, but here is the question. Should I worry about this, or will even a new tractor drip oil sometimes? Other than this I'm very happy with the tractor. Opinions please.
