I agree the Oliver use very little gas. I can work my 880 all day under load at PTO speed, and never use more than a gallon per hour. Comparitively I used to use a case 311, and to cut, rake, and bale a 5 acre section it used nearly 30 gallons in less than 6 hours of run time. This amazed me as the Case had a smaller 4 cylinder engine as opposed to the big Oliver's 6 cylinder
