It's all about a very large ship with a very small crew.
Might have lookouts on the bridge to see where they are going but chances are they don't have enough bodies to man all the look out stations like a navy ship.
Small Zodiac type boats do not show on radar.
Most crews probably don't have a clue until it's too late.
Firehoses work well enough, don't need boiling oil or flame throwers.
You get pegged with 170 psi water coming out of a 1 1/2" or 2 1/2" hose and you will fall off that rope/chain. seen it enough at nuc protests at the sub base in Scotland. All hands man your repel boarders stations!!
