When old iron is outlawed only outlaws will have old iron. Yikes! Burrhead, can you find this reported on a State of Texas website anywhere? If so, please post it. It sounds kind of like a third-hand report that got blowed up and misreported. Trust me, I've seen way too many newspaper reports that are only marginally true. The rest is reported only to illustrate the lack of knowledge of the reporter and editor.
