Out miller welder which is gas powered had a problem today when a arc is struck the motor will not rev up, just stayes at idle.I had this problem some time ago, but it just started working ok. Now if I flip a switch from weld to constane speed of 1860 rpm I can weld the motor just stayes at a constant speed, and still welds ok. Will this harm the welder? Stan
