GOING to be another crazy weather year? It already is.
How about the snow near Denver? 52 inches in the foothills, still people without power.
NWS climate summary from Burlington, IA, which is my closest reporting station, has had below normal temps every day this month except 16-17-18.
March precipitation was 3.22 inches above normal for the month, and it hasn't dried up enough to even plant onions and potatoes. We are only .18 below normal for precip this month. Temp is 3.4 degrees below normal so far.
