Overheating a 1900!

I have an 81 or so.... Ford 1900. I have been running a bush hog and sometimes the tractor overheats. This may be due to grass getting in stuck in the radiator screen, but it doesn't seem to take much grass to overheat the tractor. How sensitive are the 1900s to overheating? What else could be wrong? What can I do to improve my cooling? (Oil cooler, bigger radiator, etc.)
