I am a die hard, lifetime CHEVY guy. While there's all kinds of Chevys I'd like, I have a '68 Camaro I bought for $450 the winter after I finished high school (1977). It is in very good condition. I have put less than seventy five miles on it since I bought it. It is a factory 327 with a three speed on the floor. I haven't even started it up in the last twenty five years. Someday soon I am gonna' bring it out of "moth balls" and detail it a bit.
I also have a '70 Opel GT I bought the winter of '78 for $900. It too is in very good condition and has been in storage for all but the first year I bought it.
My kids are getting pretty well grown now(15, 17 and 20) so hopefully I'll have the time and money to spend on them (the cars!) soon.
Lots of projects....'54 VAC14 CASE, '54 SC CASE, '53 DC CASE, and a '70 Triumph Tiger 500 motorcycle. I've had the triumph for nearly thirty years. When I buy something, I keep it, "forever"!
