We get a lot of snow and ice and the turf tires just lose a lot of grip in winter (unless there is a lot of weight in the rear or I put on chains) Put on the R4 type and it works fine in both the field, and pulling a finish mower on the lawn. Clearing snow in the winter up the driveway is also ok.. I have a 4/12 incline on part of the driveway.
