River could change course (big) but hasn't in my lifetime. I don't plan to pasture any livestock, but the landowner to our immediate North has horses & I'd sort of like to see him fence straight to the river, since that's how it was done in the old days. (He might want to run his fence South along our West line, to the river, & then I'd lose out on some pasture if I ever did get livestock. Course one would think he'd have to get OK from owner across the river). I hadn't thought about license; thank you- Mark.
