on the black plastic retainer that is riveted to the inner fender, there should be some tabs that snap into the upper edge of the facia cover. at the top rear near the wheel opening there should be a small bolt with a 10mm head that goes up thru a tab on the end of the bumper cover, maybe an inch forward of the wheel opening, the plastic fender liner needs to be loosened to access the bolt to tighten it. should either be christmass tree fasteners or push in black plastic drive rivets. if the tabs are broken off, jack up the car, take the wheel off and pull back the plastic fender liner. then snap the fascia cover in as best you can and run some self tapping sheet metal screws thr the facia cover and into the plastic retainer.
