The hard part is getting the hub out, unless you know this little tip. I use a 1/2" drive socket that fits the bolt head with a short extension on it to wedge the hub out. You loosen all of the hub bolts, then put the socket and extension over the bolt head and use the truck's power steering to pop the hub. Once you have the shaft out it's a simple U-joint job like in a rear drive shaft. Check the ball joints while you're there. They're probably bad too.
