$8000 is a good price with fresh engine
providing sleeves and pistons were replaced.
I hear of so may "overhauls" where the 4020 gets rings only and thats not good.
4020D's sell for $6k to $10k depending on condition..
$4020 gas on the other hand sell for $5k to $7k
here in Minnesota.
