Been working on a neighbors craftsman riding mower.The crankcase was full of gas,Stuck neddle,.now I can,t get it to move,tried all levers, but won untrack.has a metal rod sticking out below steering wheel,with no knob,and don,t know it,s purpose.its an Intec17 ohv automatic 42 inch cut .Will check more en the morning.Anyone worked on one of these,and what do I look for
