Not sure who makes them and not sure if I like them either. All our 11L-15 and 12.5L-15 tires are American Farmers and seem to be ok. Rubber seems soft. Do have a set of 14L-16.1's on a Case 2390 and 2590 too. Ones on the 2390 are three years old and have good tread left but between the ribs you can see cords. Not sure if they are just shallow cords or if they are the main cords. Haven't had any flats yet but kinda strange. This is only on the 4 rib tires. The 3 rib tires are fine between the ribs. I think the rubber needs to cure in the sun and stiffen up and the problem would be solved... who has time to wait for that though! I will keep buying them as they are American made at least! Just not sure if it is North or South!
