You don't have to be a Law Breaker or an Illegal Alien to have issues with the Sheriffs Dept. of Maricopa County Az.and the service provided to the Citizens of this County by that Dept.I speak as a Citizen and Home owner of a small Community who are taxed by said County for a certain number of services from the County and Police presence from the Sheriff is one of those but we have to practically beg for an occasional Deputy to swing by as a "Show" of this Service. A rash of Home Invasions over the last 10 years and only one conviction of many known Perps is an indication of a serious problem and the Sheriff is too busy grand standing to pay attention to our concerns. On the same note, the Board of Supervisors of this County are by and large unavailable for comments when a complaint is forwarded to them.To much Political and Budgetrie infighting between these duly elected Office Holders.
