There is a bar that links to the two wheel axles that keeps the wheels straight. It is probably bent due to putting undue force against one of the wheels.It is about a 3/8 round piece of metal and should be perfectly straight. I have 2 sears riders and actually bent that bar on one of them. Straightening the bar will help for a while but once its bent you need a new one. The old one will keep bending due to weakening at the point BTDT. Henry
