I"m not a fan of steadfast and Accent, but those are generally a common choice for bad grass. The problem with that class of chemicals is crop injury and poor performance plus being over priced. If you put down a full rate of metachlor, how bad is the grass really? Providing your metachlor is holding reasonably well I"d go with Laudis made by Bayer at 3oz per acre with a a 1/2 to 1 pound atrazine. Off the top of my head I can"t remember if its mso or crop oil that is used and at what rate. Scratch the Buctril all together unless there is some weed specifically your targeting that Laudis is week on. Laudis is very similar to Caulisto, so it great on broadleaves. But unlike Caulisto it has pretty good activity on grass as long as the grass is reasonably small. 3oz of Laudis should be about $15/acre or less. I"ve seen Laudis do amazingly well on big grass and broadleaves with only a half rate of Balance Pro down pre. Pretty cheap chem program.
