As you can see having 12 to 15" of rain in over 2 months can be normal. Just depends on where you live. While we had a wet (normal) start to this year it has been very dry the past few months. The odd part about our weather is the cold fronts. We had one go threw in the past 24 hours. It is very unusual and almost unheard of for us to get cold fronts this late in the year this far south.
My son lives in Frederick Md and is also complaining about all the rain he is getting. Best part is he should be use to it since he is from the deep south.
