Tractor Tire

Had a flat on tractor. It was repaired but no liquid put back in it. Can I put anti freeze in it myself and if so what is the procedure.
It is a tubeless 13.6 X 28 and is mounted on the tractor. Chart shows 39 gal capicity so I would like to put in about 3 gal anti freeze for the mild Louisiana weather. Thanks Leon
