a few days ago i posted on my kw's front axle kingpin, well after heating the thing real hot i finaly got the old kinpin beat out, man! what a war! ive got the new bushings in the spindle but i have a small wire and rubber seal in the kit by small i mean its small in size the diameter is the same as the kinpin, im not certain just where this goes as i didnt see one in the old stuff, [ it could have been lost when the thrust bearing went out] i have a rudeamentery diagram of the exploded parts but its very crude im assuming this seal goes in the upper spindle bushing between the spindle and the shim on top of the axle with the rubber facing inward, am i right? i realy realy only want to have to do this job one time can you truck guys help??
