Hay thanks all that is fine this mower has a clutch inside a gear box that has a large spring and ball bearings that ratchet if things get tought and i think the spring has lost it;s tension and the addjust ment is as far as it will go . I am working on a soultion that i hope works for this 251 as soon as i try it i;ll get back on here .. thanks for the help i;m new on here and wow looks like a think tank for shure ..
