Suspect a sheared spline in a rear wheel. It will be on the same side as the brake you used to make it move. A fairly common problem with B's. Put it in gear and have someone look to see if the axle nut is turning without the wheel turning. Only fix is new components. You may have to remove some stock from the inside face of your replacement wheel to get it to pull up tight on the taper of the axle shaft. Wheel must be really tight on the tapered part of the axle or it will work loose and fail over time. Forward-reverse shifting will cause problem quicker than motion in one direction. Paul
