Thought I'd post a picture of what our corn looks like.
Took this yesterday of our oldest corn. Been in the ground since the 22nd if I remember right. Took 2 weeks to gerinate.
Here's what it looked like 2 weeks ago-
This is our late planted corn. Ground was a little wet in one feild so it's chunky, but it's growing pretty good considering. The other field just has lots of root clumps from the hay feild it used to be. It was planted 2 weeks ago, when I took the early picture of the other feild.
Overall I think it's looking pretty good with the cool weather we used to have. We should hit knee high with the earlier planted corn, and the late planted corn should catch up no problem. According to the germination dates, it should all be ready to go around Sept. 19th.
